Analyze changes in a Liveboard with AI Highlights

AI Highlights identifies and summarizes what changed across an Explore liveboard's KPIs in plain language.

Before you begin

Only the following KPIs are analyzed by this feature:
  • Time-series KPIs. These KPIs are ordered by time. For example, "Open activity count per month for the last 12 months."
  • Only the first 5 KPIs in the Liveboard tab.

About this task

The AI Highlights feature identifies expected and unexpected changes to KPIs within a Liveboard tab. It generates summaries of the changes and lists the values that contributed to each change.

Procedure

  1. Open a Liveboard.
  2. Open the tab you want to analyze.
    Some Liveboards don't have multiple tabs.
  3. Select AI Highlights at the top of the screen.
  4. Wait for the highlights to generate, then select View.
