This release updates Cloud Platform Tooling to version GWCP-Tooling 2.25.0 and Cloud Platform to version 1.117.0.

What's new
Added Schema Editor to the list of GWCP services (GWCP-91039)
Schema Editor is added to the list of GWCP services assigned a minor criticality level. You can check if the service is operational on the Guidewire Cloud Status page.
