Known issues
This section contains a non-exhaustive list of issues that Guidewire is aware of. Guidewire is working on resolving these issues.
Operations might be locked on clusters with the same names
- Issue
- If two RDS clusters share the same name across different AWS accounts and at least one of them is assigned to a planet in snapshot-enabled mode, operations on one cluster can temporarily block the other cluster.
- Workaround
- Wait until the operation that locks the database cluster ends.
Cloud Data Access isn't automatically redeployed after a database restore
- Issue
- After a database restore, Cloud Console doesn't automatically redeploy CDA instances attached to that database.
- Workaround
- To redeploy CDA, contact Guidewire Cloud Operations.
TeamCity builds may fail on the Dockerize step
- Issue
- Some TeamCity builds may fail on the Dockerize step.
- Workaround
- Run the build again.
Login page unavailable during some login attempts
- Issue
- Some login attempts may result in Cloud Console displaying an empty screen instead of the login page.
- Workaround
- Close all browser windows. Open a new incognito window and try to log in.
Some failed deployments are displayed with the DEPLOYING status
- Issue
- When a deployment fails, its status may not be updated from the DEPLOYING status.
- Workaround
- Contact your customer partner.
Multiple deployments may cause failures
- Issue
- Multiple deployments running simultaneously may result in deployment failures.
- Workaround
- Run one deployment at a time.
