Known issues

This section contains a non-exhaustive list of issues that Guidewire is aware of. Guidewire is working on resolving these issues.

Operations might be locked on clusters with the same names

Issue
If two RDS clusters share the same name across different AWS accounts and at least one of them is assigned to a planet in snapshot-enabled mode, operations on one cluster can temporarily block the other cluster.
Workaround
Wait until the operation that locks the database cluster ends.

Cloud Data Access isn't automatically redeployed after a database restore

Issue
After a database restore, Cloud Console doesn't automatically redeploy CDA instances attached to that database.
Workaround
To redeploy CDA, contact Guidewire Cloud Operations.

TeamCity builds may fail on the Dockerize step

Issue
Some TeamCity builds may fail on the Dockerize step.
Workaround
Run the build again.

Login page unavailable during some login attempts

Issue
Some login attempts may result in Cloud Console displaying an empty screen instead of the login page.
Workaround
Close all browser windows. Open a new incognito window and try to log in.

Some failed deployments are displayed with the DEPLOYING status

Issue
When a deployment fails, its status may not be updated from the DEPLOYING status.
Workaround
Contact your customer partner.

Multiple deployments may cause failures

Issue
Multiple deployments running simultaneously may result in deployment failures.
Workaround
Run one deployment at a time.
