Deploy all apps

You can deploy all the InsuranceSuite apps at once to planets with the following statuses:

• Empty
• Deployed
• Stopped
• Failed

To deploy the InsuranceSuite apps:

1. In Guidewire Home, select a star system (physical star system).

2. From Apps , select Planets or select it from your pinned apps.

3. Select a planet to which you want to deploy the apps.

4. From Applications and add-ons, select InsuranceSuite.

5. Select Deploy all IS.

   Tip:
   

   To restart application nodes with the current value in Build # / Dockerize #, modify or add at least one variable and deploy an application. Nodes don't restart if you deploy an application without changing at least one variable or the values in Build # / Dockerize #.

6. (Optional) Select Drop database.

   When you drop a database, the system saves the roles linked to this database. Then, the system restores the roles when it recreates the database.
   This option is available only on planets that don't have the database drop blocked.

7. Select Deploy.

   If the deployment is successful, the Latest activity says Deployed, the App status of each application says Up, and the Deployment status says Deployed.

7. Make sure that each application has its unique Deployment ID.

Stop deployment

You can stop an ongoing deployment.

1. In Guidewire Home, select a star system (physical star system).

2. From Apps , select Planets or select it from your pinned apps.

3. Select a planet with an ongoing deployment.

4. From Applications and add-ons, select InsuranceSuite.

5. Select Stop deployment.
