Undeploy InsuranceSuite apps

You can undeploy all the InsuranceSuite apps on a planet. You can't undeploy apps individually or in the following cases:

• During a deployment.
• When the drop database option is blocked for a planet.

Warning:

When you undeploy an app, you also drop the app database.

To undeploy apps:

1. In Guidewire Home, select a star system.

2. From Apps, select Planets or select it from your pinned apps.

3. Select the planet that you want to clear.

4. From Applications and add-ons, select InsuranceSuite.

5. Select Actions → Undeploy IS.

   To ensure that you have selected the correct planet to clear and database to drop, an additional confirmation is required before proceeding with the undeployment.

   Undeploying apps doesn't remove the secrets and variables associated with the planet. To remove these secrets and variables, submit a ticket to delete the planet.
