IP allowlist

With Guidewire Cloud, only selected IP address ranges have access to applications and services. By default, they can't be accessed from the Internet.

Supported applications​

With IP allowlist, you can configure access to the following applications and services:

  • InsuranceSuite
  • EnterpriseEngage
  • Jutro Apps
  • Integration Apps
  • Bitbucket
  • TeamCity

Workflow​

With IP allowlist, you can make applications or services accessible from specified IP addresses. To set up access:

  1. Create an IP group with a list of IP addresses that you want to access your applications or services.

    After an IP group is created, you can assign it to multiple applications from planets of different classes.

    To reduce the number of IP ranges added to an assignment, organize the repeating IP addresses into one IP group.

  2. Define what IP groups can access an application deployed to the planet of a specific class.

You can also create a public assignment to allow all IP addresses to access applications and services.

Access IP allowlist​

From Apps in Guidewire Home, select Network Permissions. You can also access it directly from your pinned apps.
