InsuranceSuite deployment history

You can view your planet history with the following information in the overview:

  • Activity type (deployment, undeployment, database restore, selective deployment, blue/green deployment, or blue/green rollback).
  • Status (Successful, Failed, Canceled, or Stopped).
  • Start date.
  • Duration.
  • Affected apps.

Note:

Deployment history doesn't show activities in progress.

Access deployment history​

You can access deployment history in Guidewire Home.

To access deployment history:

  1. Select a star system.
  2. From Apps, select Planets or select it from your pinned apps.
  3. Select a planet.
  4. From Applications and add-ons, select InsuranceSuite.
  5. Go to Deployment history.

View activity details​

Besides an overview, you can also see more detailed information about each activity. For example, you can verify if the app database was dropped or check during which step a deployment failed.

To view activity details, select [] Show details:
